Coaching Staff

Dave MacWilliams

Coach Mac is Montgomery United Soccer.  Coach Mac is a USSF A Licensed coach, and the former head coach of Division 1 Temple University Men's soccer.  He received the EPYSA Excellence in Coaching Award in 2016.  Prior to coaching, 'Mac' played professionally in the NASL, MISL, NPSL, and A League.

Joe Bocklet

Joe is entering his 7th year coaching at Montgomery United, and his 20th year overall coaching soccer. Coach Bocklet values the relationships his players develop on and off the pitch, along with seeing his team grow in the game from year to year. Joe holds a USSF National D License, a NSCAA Level 3 Goalkeeping Diploma, and a B.S. in Health and Physical Education from West Chester University.  Joe is the record holder for most saves in a season (205), and a career (600) at West Chester University.

Don Brady

Coach Brady has over 34 years soccer coaching experience.  He holds a USSF National A License, an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, and is a licensed US Soccer Grassroots Instructor.  Coach Brady has won four ODP Regional Championships, and as a former player at Florida Southern College, he is recognized as one of the top fifty players in the history of the program.  Coach Brady takes pride in not only the development of the players he coaches, but also that they have fun while playing.

Paul Eisold

A former midfielder and fullback at East Stroudsburg University and Archbishop Wood High School, Coach Eisold is entering his second season with Montgomery United, and his 26th season as a soccer coach.  He holds a NSCAA Premier Diploma, a USSF National C License, and is a member of the KNVB Coaching Symposium.  Coach Eisold is committed to sharing the excitement of the game with his players.

Brian Hearn

Coach Hearn, a former professional soccer player, holds a USSF C license.  He was recognized by EPYSA Boys Travel Coach of the Year in 2015.  He has collegiate coaching experience and led the CB West girls soccer team to the State Championship in 2003.  Coach Hearn has coached for ODP, and led the U17 Boys team to the Regional Championship in 2015.

John O'Rourke

Coach O'Rourke's experience as a soccer coach is mighty! He holds a USFF A license, a USSF Youth license, a UEFA B license, a NSCAA Premiere diploma, and a NSCAA GK diploma. Coach O'Rourke has coached collegiately and was a former EPYSA staff coach.  He is also a NSCAA Associate Staff Coach Educator.

Erica Sobieralski

The upcoming 2019-2020 season will be Coach Sobieralski's second season as the head coach for the Flash, and her third year overall with Montgomery United.  Coach Sobieralski holds a USSF National D License, and is a former Division-1 soccer player from Villanova University.  Most recently, her Flash team came in first place at the annual Discovery Cup Tournament. Coach Sobieralski loves sharing her passion for soccer with her players as well as helping them build confidence in themselves.
